60 minutes Relaxation Massage $120 + HST
This session is a calming, nervous-system-supportive relaxation massage that improves circulation and softens muscle tension. This treatment incorporates General Swedish Techniques and myofascial release to improve tissue mobility, relieve discomfort, and support reconnection with the body. Ideal for grounding, stress reduction, pain relief, and overall maintenance.

30 minutes Facial Massage $95 + HST Get 40% off when combined with a Body Reset or Muscle Melt session.
This natural facelift treatment blends traditional Japanese facial massage with modern techniques inspired by craniosacral work and lymphatic drainage to create an incredibly relaxing, rejuvenating, and therapeutic facial experience. Gentle, precise techniques help uplift the skin’s appearance, soften facial tension, calm the nervous system, and support overall energetic balance. This gentle, RMT‑led treatment uses light, wave‑like strokes to stimulate your lymphatic system, and encourage fluid movement through the body.
